Policy
Renterrific.com
enables you to rate the properties you’ve rented to help give other renters an
idea of what to expect when considering a specific property. And of course, all
of our members strive for a 5 star rating, so your comments can be helpful to
them as well.
To
rate a property that you’ve stayed in, simply go to that property page and
click on “Rate
This Property”. You will be asked for your last name, the date of your stay
and your e-mail address. You may then simply select a star rating based on the
table provided (see below) and add any comments you want to share with other
potential renters.

In
order to be fair, if a 1 Star or 2 Star rating is provided, the owner will have
the opportunity to respond to the comments and the owners comments will be
listed after your comments.
We
may contact you if a problem appears to be so significant that we wish to
discontinue the owner's listing. If a valid e-mail is not provided,
the rating may be removed.
All
comments submitted for posting on Renterrific.com must comply with our Acceptable
Content Policy
and are
subject to our Terms
and Conditions. Comments will be reviewed
for compliance and will be removed from the site if they are found to be
offensive, malicious or inaccurate. All
reviews are subject to final acceptance by Renterrific.com and we in no way
guarantee the accuracy or independence of the opinions posted.
