Listing Guidelines

Who Can List?
Only vacation rental property owners and/or their designated  property manager may list a vacation home on Renterrific.com. 

We have several listing guidelines.

1. Your property must be available for rent for at least two months per year.
2. Use of all caps is prohibited. Use upper and lower case when entering data and typing descriptions, rates etc. 
3. Each listing is for one property only.  Ads for multiple properties are not allowed. However, we do offer discounts for multiple listings. Ask about our special pricing if you own or manage more than one vacation rental property.
4. Duplicate listings are not allowed. Do not list your home twice.
5. Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.
6. Registering for someone else is strictly prohibited.
7. Your registration must reflect accurate information about the registrant.
8. Links to personal web sites and e-mail addresses may only be displayed in the designated area of the page. Do not include personal URL’s or e-mail addresses in the description portion of your listing.

Note: You must reply to any and all inquires by email within a reasonable amount of time, even if your property is not available for the dates in question.
