Each vacation rental listing includes a personalized link to current weather conditions along with a 7 day forecast.

Availability Calendar

Potential renters want to know when your vacation rental is available. At your option, you can include a link to a free availability calendar on your page. You can update your availability calendar anytime. This will save you from phone calls and e-mails inquiring about booked dates.

Owner's Specials

Renterrific.com is dedicated to renting your vacation rental. In the case of a last minute cancellation or an open period you might want to add an Owner’s Special to your property listing. This is as simple as logging in to the system using your own unique password and ID.

Link To Your Own Site

If you already have your own web site for the same property or properties showcased on Renterrific.com, a link to your personal URL can be placed on your Renterrific page for FREE.

If a listed property is for sale, by simply checking a box you can add an icon on the property page indicating the “for sale” status of the property. People interested in viewing properties for sale can access “for sale” listings with a touch of a button. 

Renterrific Rating

To help promote the best properties, each property page features a rating system which allows renters to post comments and a rating about each property for future renters to see. Owners can view their ratings and respond to comments at any time.

Promotional E-Mail

A promotional e-mail will be sent to the member for forwarding to potential renters.  The e-mail will include a direct link to the property page as well as general information about Renterrific and how to view a property.

Business Cards

Renterrific subscribers receive a supply of business cards that can be personalized with property ID # and contact information. Use these cards to help promote your rental, and to direct people to your page to view your photos and property information.

Credit Card Acceptance Program

Our credit card acceptance program offers an easy and affordable way for you to accept credit cards for deposits and rentals.

Renterrific Guarantee

If you have not rented your property prior to your first renewal date, Renterrific.com will extend your listing for an additional 6 months at no charge.  Guarantee does not apply to time-shares or rentals available for less than 6 months per year or to customers with multiple properties.
