property owners and select rental companies to promote their vacation homes for
rent and for individual renters to search for a rental property. It is a great
tool for people looking for a vacation home to rent.

addition to providing information about these wonderful properties,
Renterrific.com is also a useful resource for all of your rental and travel
needs.

Our members offer vacation homes for rent in major vacation destinations.
Renters find the vacation home of their choice and book it directly through the
owner or manager.

No. We are a strictly a listing service for individual vacation property owners

Can Renterrific.com provide me with rental rates of a vacation rental on the

A:
No. Although our members may list rates on their property page you should always
contact them for current rates and availability.

Can Renterrific.com locate a vacation rental for me and arrange the booking?
A:
No. We are a strictly a listing service for individual vacation property owners
and select management companies. Simply contact the property owner/manager at
the phone number listed or through the convenient e-mail link provided on each
vacation home page for rates, availability and reservations.
Q:
Where do I send my rental deposit?
A:
All deposits and payments for rentals should be arranged with the individual
property owners/managers directly through the phone numbers or email addresses
found on their web pages. If there is concern about the validity of a
listing make sure that a credit card is used for all payments and deposits so
that the credit card’s dispute policy may be relied on for disputes between
the members and the renters.
Q:
How do I know the property really exists?
A:
To be honest, you don’t. Neither do we. Fortunately, we’ve never heard of a
fictitious property actually showing up on any of the vacation rental sites.
Unfortunately, we cannot personally check out properties prior to their
advertising on Renterrific.com (wouldn’t that be a fun job though?). For
reassurance that your future rental meets your expectations, view the
Renterrific.com comments and ratings on each property and request a list of past
renters from the owner/manager. Please refer to our disclaimers page for more
information.

Why don’t you list vacation home owners e-mail address?
A:
To protect the privacy of our members and reduce unsolicited commercial e-mails.
Q:
What if I have trouble reaching a property owner/manager?
A:
Send us an e-mail listing the property ID # and your name, e-mail address and
telephone number. We will attempt to reach the property owner and ask them to
contact you. They may just be on vacation themselves! However, we can’t
guarantee that they will respond.

Does Renterrific.com warrant or verify vacation rentals on the website?
A:
No. All of the properties listed on our site are owned by individuals or
companies not associated with Renterrific.com. We do not warrant any of the
information provided on the vacation pages. However, we do ask that renters
provide us with feedback on the properties and their overall rental experience
through our Renterrific.com rating program. In this way, we hope to assure that
only quality rentals remain in our database.

Do you use our personal information or email addresses for other purposes?
A:
No. Your information is kept confidential and used only for the purposes you
agree to, such as receiving notices of new properties or owners specials. Please
