It is the sole responsibility of the potential renter to ascertain the validity of the information regarding each property and the terms and conditions of rental.  Each property owner/manager sets its own terms and conditions  and rates are subject to change without notice.  Refunds and cancellation policies vary from owner/manager to owner/manager and are strictly between the renter and the property owner/manager. Be sure to obtain terms and conditions in writing. 

Renterrific.com is not responsible for the refund of rental fees, deposits or other costs incurred for any reason.

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

Renterrific.com has the right to remove any web page and to deny advertising at their sole discretion.  As a general rule, complaints of misrepresentation of a property will result in removal of the property’s site listing.

Use Of Photos

Owners who submit photos for use on their page attest that the photos are of  the listed property and that they have the right to publish said photos.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet e-mail and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and Renterrific.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries.
